Returns
All items have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange it must be done within the 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping cost for returns are at the purchaser's expense (except defective parts). After the 30 day return period, please check with the manufacturer of your item for warranty help.Please check for the correct make and model on your garage door opener prior to ordering and be sure to select the right part for your opener. If you are not sure which part to select, contact us and ask for help.
Please contact us immediately if you feel the part you received is defective so that we may send you a replacement.
Refunds
- Full refund, less shipping, handling & 15% restock fee will be made by the method you originally used to make your purchase.
- Items
returned damaged or with parts missing will not be refunded. You must
have a RMA number on your package when you return an item.Also, parts marked as "exchange only" will not be refunded.
- For items with FREE shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Items being returned for refund must be received by us in original
salable condition with all original parts and packing(including
instructions and batteries)
- Shipping cost for return of the item is at the purchasers' expense. We suggest you use a shipper with some form of tracking
To return your item/s, please request a RMA number first and then follow our instructions for returning your item/s. Login to your account on our site and you will have an option to request a return authorization for your order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only collected on orders
shipped to Texas addresses. It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay
any applicable sales or use tax to their state if the order was not
delivered to a Texas address.
