My garage broke on Wednesday, I ordered this part Thursday and had it in hand on Saturday. It was a breeze to install thanks to the included instructions and works beautifully. Great service, an excellent online shopping experience!

If there is a contest for fastest to install, I want to enter. I have been replacing these for friends and neighbors over the past few months and I can now change the gear out in 10 mins.!!!!

...but I didn't have all the luck the other reviewers did. I could not get the pin out for the life of me (yes I used the proper tool). I finally gave up and hacked the pin off with a dremel. I then used a small piece of metal through the hole to hold it in place. Hopefully it lasts.
But like others said, instructions were great and the part was perfect.

I can't believe I was able to do this! Just followed the instructions and I had the gear replaced in about 45 minutes. I am so proud of myself!
